  1. The ANCHO app is not a replacement for other methods of contact such as telephone, email and internet.
  2. In the case of an emergency (including danger to health and safety) residents should call us on 03030 300 999.
  3. The user of this app is solely responsible for:
    1. Keeping their ID and password secure.
    2. Notifying ANCHO of any unauthorised use of their account or any other breach of security.
    3. Ensuring that all the information they submit in a report is accurate and complete.
  4. Users must not:
    1. Misuse the app by introducing material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
    2. Reverse engineer or otherwise compromise the app or use any automated program to access ANCHO's system or the app.
  5. ANCHO do not warrant that access to, or the running of, the app will be uninterrupted or error free.
  6. ANCHO exclude liability for a failure to submit a report or where ANCHO has not received a report due to software or internet errors or unavailability, or other circumstances beyond ANCHO's control, or for unavailability of the app or the services it relies upon.
  7. ANCHO DO NOT accept liability for economic or consequential loss, such as loss of business or loss of profits.
  8. Photos of identifiable people should be absolutely avoided. ANCHO DO NOT encourage such photos.
  9. We strongly recommend that you password protect your phone to prevent unauthorised access to confidential reports you may choose to submit to ANCHO.
